Pricing
One plan. Everything in it.
No tiers to compare, no feature held back for a bigger plan, and no bill that moves with how busy your month was.
Sales tax is added on top, worked out from your billing address.
No credit card to start. Cancel any time.
Included
All of it, at that price.
Nothing here is an add-on and nothing sits behind an upgrade prompt. A practitioner in the middle of a session should never be reading “upgrade to use this”.
The practice line
- A local Canadian number, on the phone you already carry
- Calls, texts and voicemail in one thread per client
- Every voicemail transcribed, so you read it between clients
- Auto-replies across twelve call categories, in words you wrote
The clinical toolkit
- Video sessions at your own link — nothing for your client to install
- 71 instruments and worksheets, scored as they are answered
- A whiteboard you both draw on, with 23 clinical worksheets on it
- Bilateral stimulation for EMDR — visual, tone and tap on one clock
- SOAP, DAP and treatment plans, with their answers already in place
Where it all lives
- Records encrypted in a Montreal data centre
- Voicemail transcribed on our own hardware — no outside AI service
- Sessions are not recorded, so there is no recording to hold
Getting started
A working practice number this afternoon.
01
Six fields.
Your name, your practice, the area code you want. No card, and no call to book.
02
About two minutes.
Your Canadian number is bought, configured and live while you are still on the page.
03
Give it out that afternoon.
Calls, texts and voicemail work immediately. Move clients across whenever you are ready.
The trial
Fourteen days, and your line keeps working after.
01
Fourteen days, no card.
You do not enter payment details to start. There is nothing to cancel if you walk away, and nothing to forget about.
02
All of it, not a sample.
The trial is time, not a feature gate. If it exists in Rivet, it is on during the trial.
03
A nudge before it ends.
Five days out you get a small once-a-day reminder, with the link to subscribe if you already know.
04
Day fifteen, your line still answers.
The app asks you to subscribe before you can use the inbox again — but behind it, calls still come in, voicemails are still transcribed, and your auto-replies still go out. Nobody who called you gets silence because a trial lapsed. It is waiting for you when you subscribe.
From a therapist using it
“There is a $65 a month fee for the platform. And it is a convenience that I personally am willing to pay for. As a video platform or an adjunct to Jane or Owl, it's so concise and puts everything in one space. I'm not emailing in one space, texting in one space, video platform in one space, having to pull in worksheets and EMDR tools from another space.”
Not included
Two things, and why.
Calling or texting outside North America
Your line dials and texts within Canada and the US. Clients can still call and text you from anywhere — it is only outbound that stops at the border. The rates to some destinations are how a stolen account becomes a four-figure bill overnight.
Toll-free numbers
Rivet gives you a local Canadian number rather than an 1-800. Local numbers deliver texts more reliably and read as more personal; toll-free has neither advantage and a longer wait to register.
If either one is a problem for how you practise, say so — there is usually a way.
Questions
Questions therapists ask about this
Is that per practitioner or per practice?
Per practitioner. If you are a solo practice, that is one line on the invoice.
Is tax included?
No — HST, GST or PST is added on top, worked out from your billing address. We would rather say that here than have it appear on your first invoice.
Are there tiers, add-ons or usage charges?
None. A month with two hundred voicemails costs the same as a month with ten, and no feature sits behind an upgrade prompt. Either something exists for everyone or it does not exist.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and your records are exportable while you have access. Nothing here is designed to make leaving awkward.
What happens to my number if I leave?
Talk to us before you go — it is a real phone number your clients have saved, and that deserves a conversation rather than a support article.
Do you charge for the trial if I forget to cancel?
There is nothing to forget. Without a card on file there is nothing to charge.
