Virtual whiteboard for therapy
Draw it together, on the same page.
Twenty-three worksheets, sticky notes and a blank page, open inside the video session. Turn two-way on and your client draws with you; close the board and it is saved to their record.
The worksheets
Twenty-three worksheets, ready on the board.
A CBT triangle, a thought record, the downward arrow. The window of tolerance, a polyvagal ladder, a trigger map. A 5 Ps formulation, a SUDS scale, TIPP, the ACT choice point, a values bull's-eye, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, attachment styles, the drama triangle, the stages of change, upstairs and downstairs brain, and the stress bucket. Nine families, plus sticky notes in six colours and a blank page.
Drawing together
Your client draws too, when you want them to.
Turn two-way on and your client can mark the board from their own browser, with their cursor labelled so you can see who is drawing. Turn it off and you have the pen back. Clear your client's marks in one tap. Both of you stay on camera beside the board the whole time.
After the session
The picture goes on their record.
When you close the board it is saved to that client's record as an image, beside the session it came from, so nothing gets emailed or lost in a downloads folder. Save to the chart at any point mid-session, or export the board as a PNG or a PDF if you want a copy of your own.

What it does not do
Questions therapists ask about this
Can my client draw on the whiteboard?
Yes, when you turn two-way on. Their cursor is labelled with their name so you can see who is drawing, and you can clear their marks in one tap. Turn two-way off and the board is yours alone.
Which worksheets are included?
Twenty-three, across nine families: CBT, trauma and somatic, formulation, emotion regulation, mindfulness and ACT, relationships, substance use, children and adolescents, and psychoeducation. There are also sticky notes in six colours and a blank page.
Does my client need to install anything?
No. The whiteboard opens inside the video session, in the browser they joined from. There is no app and no account on their side.
Is the whiteboard saved?
Yes. When you close the board it is saved to that client's record as an image, and you can save it to the chart at any point during the session. You can also export it as a PNG or a PDF.
Can I use a worksheet I already have?
Share your screen. A PDF you have used for years goes across as it is, and your face stays on screen beside it rather than being replaced by the document.
Is the session recorded?
No. The board is saved as a picture of what you drew; the session itself is not recorded and nothing transcribes it.
